Second Matchday

After the first day of competition, one team made a big statement, two others play with the best of their weapons and one showed that it does not have what it takes to go to Nigeria. A total of 7 goals were scored in just two matches, and this makes the expectations grow a little higher.
With Mexico’s participation on the second Matchday, the local fans are expecting a sure win against Trinidad and Tobago, but recent results in Mexico’s Under squads have prove differently. The «green» ones must prove themselves and their fans that they can go all the way to Nigeria. The game will be played at 4pm (Pacific Time).
As for the first match, Guatemala and Costa Rica will surely offer and intense game, considering the growth that the Central American teams have had in the past few years. The game will start at 1:30pm (Pacific Time).

Both games will be played at the Estadio Caliente home of the Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente who play at the Mexican First A Division.

USA – Cuba

In the second match from Matchday 1, the USA defeated Cuba by five goals.
With this win the northamerican squad will take position number 1 atop Group A with 3 points. Followed by Honduras and Canada with 1 point each, leaving Cuba at the bottom with no points.
The Stars and Stripes team manage to overrun their opponent by applying a fast pace, using their better technique and skills, as well as their physical advantage. 
The game as the score demonstrates, was really one sided, apart from two chances that Cuba had in the first half, the whole 90min belong to the States and the States only.
If not for the many mistakes of the USA fowards, the score could have been much bigger than it was. Certainly with the exhibition that the Wilmer Cabrera boys displayed, they must be considered as one of the favorite teams to conquer the tournament. 
 

The game was played at the Estadio Caliente home of the Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente who play in the Mexican First A Division.

Segunda Fecha “Caliente”

TIJUANA.- La ciudad de Tijuana ya se encuentra lista para recibir a cuatro selecciones mas en la segunda fecha del Campeonato Sub 17 de la Concacaf  a celebrase en el Estadio Caliente donde se esperan a mas de 13 mil personas ya que en el segundo encuentro México hará su aparición para intentar llevarse los 3 puntos cuando se enfrente a su similar de Trinidad y Tobago, todo esto después de las hostilidades que serán protagonizadas por ticos y chapines.

Guatemala ante Costa Rica

La selecciones se presentaron en esta ciudad el sábado pasado  y en seguida reconocieron el Estadio Caliente y de inmediato entrenaron con vistas al partido que sostendrán en punto de las 13:30 hrs. 15:30 hrs. tiempo del centro de México.

Antonio García, entrenador de Guatemala y Juan Diego Quezada Técnico de Costa Rica ya tienen a sus Once que arribarán a la cancha del Caliente bajo un calor intenso.

México recibe a Trinidad y Tobago

José Luís González China ya eligió a los que buscaran los primeros 3 puntos del certamen en su encuentro que dara inicio en punto de las 16:00 hrs. 18:00 tiempo del centro de México  y que le dará el primer paso rumbo a Nigeria en octubre próximo.

Pero no les será fácil ya que enfrente, los Socca Warriors harán su parte ya que no quieren cesar en su afán de conseguir uno de los cuatro boletos que aquí se repartirán.
